Worried about getting into your home after closing and discovering problems that weren't there when you first viewed the home....problems that weren't even there when your inspector looked at the home?Things do happen to a home. To avoid those problems, you need to d a final "Walk Thru" prior to closing to insure the home is in the same condition is was in when you first viewed it.
